For exclusive beat purchases, we send track stems upon request. We send them upon request due because stems are large files and can be costly to host/download if not every customer needs them immediately.  

Therefore, please contact us to receive your trackouts/stems. Please provide the song you purchased in the message. If for whatever reason the stems cannot be sent we will provide a full refund. We will send the files within 24–48 hours.
